Renting From Us - What You Should Know
​1. We follow the national Fair Housing Act and the New Mexico Human Rights Act in all of our screening, tenant selection, and management decisions. 
2. Any prior evictions in any state will immediately disqualify you from renting this property. Please don't bother to apply if you have a prior eviction. 
3. In screening tenant we require a gross income to rent ration of 3:1. This means that your verifiable gross monthly income must be at least three times the monthly rent. 
4. We may verify employment status and history, we may contact your previous landlord, we do run credit and background checks. 
5. If you often pay rent late, this is the wrong property for you.
